This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to the WABA NXCMSG platform operated by NXC Controls.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of first purchase: If you are a new subscriber and have not used more than 100 API calls or sent more than 50 messages, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service failure: If the Platform experiences continuous downtime exceeding 72 hours that is solely attributable to our infrastructure (not Meta/WhatsApp), you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same billing cycle, we will refund the duplicate amount within 7 business days.
  • Incorrect plan charge: If you are charged for a plan different from what you selected, we will correct the charge and refund the difference.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • WhatsApp conversation charges (these are Meta/WhatsApp fees passed through at cost).
  • Subscriptions active for more than 7 days (except under Section 2 above).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
  • Custom development, integration, or consulting services.
  • Add-on purchases (additional phone numbers, dedicated IPs, etc.).

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to sales@nxccontrols.in with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email, business name, and reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Plan Downgrades

  • If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the new plan rate applies from the next billing cycle.
  • No refund or credit is issued for the difference between the current and lower plan for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

6. Plan Upgrades

  • If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.
  • The full upgraded plan rate applies from the next billing cycle onward.

7. Free Plan

The free starter plan has no charges and therefore no refund applies. If you exceed the free plan limits, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.
